Senior Product Manager- Technical, Global Mile

2 months agoBellevue, WA

At Global Mile, our mission is "Every seller. Every location. Every customer on Earth". We are eliminating borders for sellers and customers, and driving Amazon's expansion into a rapidly growing list of countries. The Air Product team is putting the Global Mile network on steroids and raising the bar on speed, reliability and seller/customer experience, and we're just getting started.

We are looking for a technical product manager to drive the product strategy for disaggregating the inbound air network that moves the needle on seller experience from a cost, speed and reliability perspective. The role would use customer, operations and technology insights to identify customer needs, and conceptualize non-linear product opportunities with multiple cross-functional partners (design, ops, finance, legal, tax etc.) and define customer and product success criteria. This role would go on to drive the development and launch of the product with technology teams and would often make experience/ops/tech trade-offs throughout the process. The role is eager to learn, connect-the-dots, look around the corners and continuously improve the product.

The ideal candidate is comfortable straddling ops, business and technology, in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and can easily articulate how product features impact business/customer metrics.
