Senior Product Manager, Loss Prevention, Physical Security, Critical Incident Management

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and delivering large end-to-end projects in the areas of Loss Prevention, Physical Security, and Critical Incidents Management. The Senior Product Manager will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive of and design innovative consumer products.

Responsibilities include:
• Lead development of product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Create consensus for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Work closely with software engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features
• Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning
• Actively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
• Strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership
• Manage ambiguity and changing priorities


• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines, with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs for a product
• Experience using written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple senior leadership teams
• Experience presenting data, effectively communicating with both business and technical teams


• MBA or advanced degree
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
• Background related to Machine Learning and/or Security
• Ability to create, align, manage, and deliver large programs and portfolio of projects
• Enjoy building and designing large scale system with high availability
• Thrive through creating a vision, building consensus and driving teams towards results
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints
• Ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected
• Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role
• Proven program management skills, demonstrating experience leading medium to large products and projects
• Versatile and able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• Not hindered by managing competing priorities and are able to bring order to ambiguous scenarios
• Data-driven and analytical
• Clearly and effectively communicate (written as well as verbally) across the org and up to senior leadership
