DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a product leader to drive the vision for our efforts in the Smart Home space. This is a Sr. Manager role leading a team of PM-Ts across several high-growth areas. From "Alexa, wake me up at 6am with lights" to "Alexa, I'm leaving" to "Alexa, make it warmer in here", we're building a fully-collaborative virtual assistant for your home.

You'll be responsible for building strategically significant experiences, and prioritizing new areas to tackle. We are looking for a leader to set the course for a multi-year strategy to deliver these experiences for millions of customers through their connected smart home devices. You will lead the definition and steer the execution of a portfolio of customer and developer features. You'll get to hire and develop a team of product leaders, and define and evangelize the vision for your strategy with senior leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field.
• 10+ years product management experience.
• 6+ years leading product organizations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing executive leadership
• Experience developing strong talent
