Our primary customers are Buyers. We provide Selling Partners with the tools necessary to give Buyers the best experience possible. As a highly instrumented conduit for the customer experience, we make our data available to other teams and when our data raises deficiencies in another team's tools, we will seek them out to resolve the issue. Our success is measured by monitoring the number and length of customer interactions. We prioritize product investments in three key themes 1) eliminating Selling Partner contacts, 2) increasing first contact resolution rate, and 3) reducing the number of messages required to resolve a Selling Partner contact.
