Seller Relationship Manager, Reported Abuse

We are looking for people who are passionate about helping us ensure that customers may make great purchase decisions and that brand owners and sellers using Amazon are successful listing and selling their products. This is a global role that will include interaction with global teams and requiring a strong ability to communicate effectively with various business teams and may require travel. Your decisions are not only fundamental to helping protect customers and sellers but will help maintain the health of the Amazon catalog and product listings ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a proven track record setting program strategy to deliver results.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or technology with relevant work experience.
2+ years experience in Account Management, Incident Management, or Escalations leading resolutions to major events with external clients.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovatively and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.

Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.

Experience with abuse, risk management, compliance or similar product initiatives is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management.
Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
