現在、Japan GSO（Global Security Operations）では、セキュリティプログラムマネージャーを募集しています。

セキュリティプログラムマネージャーは、日本におけるアマゾンの物流オペレーションサイト（Fulfillment CenterやDelivery Station）に対して、セキュリティ・ロスプリベンション（損害防止）に関わる、国内外のプロジェクトを物理的または仕組み的な側面から立案、推進、管理します。また、セキュリティプログラムマネージャーは、セキュリティの専門的見地から私たちのビジネスの潜在的リスクを特定し、これらのリスクを低減するための対策として、アマゾンの基準に基づいた仕組みの策定・改善・ローカライズを図ります。これらはすべて、アマゾンの財産を保護するための活動であり、これに関するものについては、上記以外の責任を負うこともあります。

【主な職務内容】
• アマゾンのサプライチェーンにおける潜在的なセキュリティリスクを特定し、それらを抑制する戦略的施策を立案・提案する
• グローバルセキュリティチームとの協働により、国内外のプロジェクトを管理推進する
• プロジェクトを計画通りの工程、予算内で確実に完遂する
• 他チームと協業し、プロジェクトにおいてセキュリティとしての提案や提言を実施する
• 規定、基準、ガイドライン、手順を策定、改定し、現場チームへ展開し、セキュリティ活動の更なる強化を行う
• 新たなサプライヤーの発掘、既存サプライヤーの能力向上のための仕組みづくりと管理監督を行う
• サードパーティも含めたすべてのアマゾン物流オペレーションサイトに対して、そのリスクを特定し、改善を提言するための監査プログラムを改良し、実施管理する
• コスト効果の高い、あらゆるソリューションを追求する
• チームの能力を常に高めるために継続的に水準を上げる

The Security Program Manager will be in charge of planning, advancing and managing the global/local project regarding the physical security and loss prevention for all through the business unit of Japan operations. Project manager should identify the potential risks of our business from the security standpoint proactively and create/improve/localize the mechanism as the counter measure to mitigate them with the knowledge of Amazon global standard. The candidate must also perform in a manner that will provide maximum protection of Amazon.com assets. Additional responsibilities include, but not necessarily limited to:

【Role and Responsibility】
- Identifying the potential risks of our business and proposing the strategic counter measure to mitigate the security and loss prevention risks
- Driving and managing the various projects globally or locally with the global security team
- Ensuring projects are scoped and completed within the estimated budget and adjusts plans to meet demands without jeopardizing the outcome or timeline.
- Collaborating with the other related divisions and suggesting the suitable mechanism as the security and loss prevention expert
- Creating/developing the standard, the guidelines and procedures to strengthen the security operation and introducing them to the field operation
- Researching the new supplier to meet our demand and validating/developing the existing supplier's capability by the creating the mechanism
- Developing the audit mechanism to find the risks at our sites and to provide the appropriate instruction to all Japan sites including the third party
- Pursuing the cost-effective solution for the security operation
- Raising the bar continuously to improve our team's capability

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 日本語における高度なコミュニケーション、折衝スキル、および英語におけるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション、折衝スキル

• プロジェクト管理のスキル（品質管理、コスト管理、安全管理、納期管理）- 製造工場、物流等での経験あり尚可
• グローバルポリシーの日本展開やツールのローカリゼーションのみならず、オーガニックにプロジェクトを発想、推進した経験
• グローバルカンパニーにおける物理的セキュリティ対策、ロスプリベンション対策と調査、リスク管理、災害対策管理等の実務推進経験
• 現場業務の経験、またそれを厭わないこと
• 強いリーダーシップとチームワーク
• 社内監査、分析、報告能力
• データ分析・管理
• 自部門における業務の影響を考慮した判断力
• 上級PCスキル

- Communications and negotiations (verbal and written) in both Japanese and English
- Project Management (Cost, Quality, Safety, Delivery)
- Experience leading organic, innovative projects as well as policy implementation and localization projects
- Experience of the physical security, loss prevention, investigation, risk management or the incident management in the global company
- Experience and willingness to work in gemba
