The Field Productivity and Readiness team is building the future of sales. Our vision is to build the most productive and effective sales organization in the industry and perpetuate Amazon's culture to accelerate growth. We are seeking a Productivity Program Manager to combine strategic thinking with execution capabilities to define, land and execute against productivity initiatives. This role will define and lead new and existing initiatives for the Americas Sales organization focused on improving sales productivity and removing productivity blockers. This role will partner with global stakeholders including Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue and Finance. This individual will incubate new programs to execute on the strategy and will consistently deliver successfully against high standards. This is a hands-on position and this candidate must be willing to "roll up their sleeves."

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Define, scale, and lead productivity initiatives on behalf of the Americas Sales organization
• Incubate and deliver programs to remove productivity blockers, optimize efficiencies and deliver performance improvements across the sales organization
• Partner closely with senior leadership and enablement leads to develop actionable, measurable projects that accelerate sales growth and improve sales effectiveness
