Recruiting Coordinator Manager

On the WW Advertising recruitment team we're looking for a top notch manager to lead our Recruiting Coordination (RC) team and be a member of our multi manager leadership team that holds the responsibility of staffing one of the most powerful Amazon businesses out there. This team of coordinators are the face of Amazon to our candidates and work to provide world class service as they take candidates through the interview process. They are highly customer service oriented, have extreme attention to detail, and multi task like pros.

This manager will lead, build, and performance manage the team. This is a true people manager gig. You will set the direction/strategy for the RC function, will build operational process flows, will work with internal stakeholders to identify and drive efficiencies, and will set and manage to individual and team SLA's- all while having the end customer needs (the candidate) as your guide.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years building, coaching, mentoring (and/or managing) a high volume operational team in a high-tech corporate environment
  • Experience working in an ATS

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing a team in a corporate recruiting environment
  • Operations, data analytics, and program management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
