As a member of the audit team within GBSA, you will visit stations across Japan, evaluating standard work adoption and ensuring that they are following WW best practices for safety, quality, associate engagement and productivity. In addition to the measurement of performance, you will work with the station leadership to identify opportunities to drive standard work adoption and help unblock issues that the station may be facing with their adoption of best practice. Calibration auditors also play an essential role in identifying issues with Standard Work in the field and feeding these observations back to colleagues within GBSA for rollout across the network. Our audit capability is a critical enabler for the whole team, giving us insights at the station level into deviation from global best practice and allowing us to continuously raise the bar.
* Required to travel regularly to delivery stations within Japan (around 75% of time)
