Position Title: Program Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Lead cross functional teams to deliver a common set of objectives and program expectations. Interpret, understand, and communicate business objectives to teammates and stakeholders. Understands the program's customers and advocate on their behalf. Develop and analyze operation dashboards to identify areas of opportunity and address pre-defined and ad-hoc business questions. Work to gain cross-functional support from internal and external teams to drive process improvement. Improve system queries to gather data and perform data-mining and analysis using tools including MS Excel, MS Access, and SQL.
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research, Management Information Systems, or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as an Operations Analyst, Program/Project Manager, or related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research, Management Information Systems or related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. One year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation must involve: employing data visualization and dashboarding; utilizing data mining including SQL, ETL, data warehouse, etc.; using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets; delivering operational process improvements and reporting on metrics; operating advanced computer literacy including MS Office and SQL; developing and analyzing data dashboards; generating reports to support real time reporting using Excel and SQL; and effectively communicating with both business and technical teams. Domestic and/or international travel required up to 10%.
