This includes the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, whereby we empower entrepreneurs to launch their own package delivery companies.

We are looking for an analytical, self-starter to join as a Senior Program Manager on the DSP team. This person will set the payments strategy for a new business model and be the single-threaded leader to launch and manage the program. This position will create mechanisms to accurately compensate DSPs, while simultaneously adapting existing processes and technology to the new model. The role will partner closely with Product teams, to drive payment technology enhancements to improve the DSP experience.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
-Launching and managing payments for a new program
-Developing new payment methodologies, such as incentives
-Relentlessly advocating for DSP's in our technology development process
-Leading continuous improvement projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years in finance, program management or project management
Experience building financial models
Expert in Excel and Word

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master's Degree in a related field

Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
