A candidate with a proven track record in Production that exhibits advances knowledge of industry standard practices, can manages and reports one or more categories of production, creates new and innovative strategies and processes, operates with a high level of autonomy, influences within function, acts as an ambassador for studio/dept. across business platforms. This position works closely with Creative teams, Studio leads, internal clients, and Global Production. This person must also have a strong understanding of usage rights and legal releases.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead or support talent booking required to staff a production in line with budgets, anticipates industry cycles and recommend booking strategies with the ability to problem solve and analyzes post-mortem
• Understands creative direction for elevated imagery and is able to translate through sourcing of elevated talent within specified budgets, legal usage and timelines resulting in bar raising imagery
• Organize production information for internal reviews
• Attract new talent and raise the quality bar by develop working relationships with talent representatives
• Develop strategy for the scheduling and booking confirmation process for models and talents
• Responsible for all negotiations with vendors and its database management
• Ensure all legal documentation is accurately completed and received from incoming talent
• Support financial tracking by assisting with invoicing and reconciling expenses
• Manage production budget and payment approvals, and partners closely with Finance to ensure proper financial reporting
• Builds and maintains knowledge management tools such as Wikis and shared drives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree
• Business level fluency in Japanese and English
• Significant talent/model booking and photo production experience
• Working knowledge of photo production processes
• Experience with both on and off-figure photography
• Written communication skills
• Proven project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office MAC and PC
