MCA team is looking for a passionate, data-driven, and organized Principal Program Manager to help us streamline organization wide initiatives and processes, set best practices, create and maintain operational excellence, and can be a trusted advisor to the organization's senior executives. You will work in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment to define the future of work at Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to identify problems and develop solutions. They must have strong analytical capabilities with a process improvement mentality. Cross-team coordination, project management, executive communication, and presentation skills are required.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Bring extensive experience in streamlining business operations programs, effectively communicate and drive strategic initiatives to business leaders
• Own the MCA calendar of key events based on company processes and ensure timely readiness across organization
• Drive annual planning process inside MCA from early preparation phase to finalizing plans
• Partner with support functions on key initiatives such as recruiting and site strategy
• Define mechanisms and processes for cross-functional programs and supporting teams with training and implementation of processes
• Establish inspection and continuous learning mechanisms to improve ways of working
• Partner with Finance and Business Intelligence Engineers (BIEs) to develop reporting, continuously monitor and report key metrics
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with different priorities
• Own the business cadence and governance (weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews) for area of responsibility


• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• 7+ years experience delivering cross functional projects or 5+ years of experience with an MBA
• 7+ years experience in program or project management or 5+ years of experience with an MBA
• Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience defining and executing against program requirements


• Proven ability to influence without authority. Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product road map and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• A track record of effectively owning process creating, management and improvements.
• Prior experience SQL, Tableau and other BI and analytics technologies
• Project Management/Agile methodologies; Lean Six Sigma Certification
