The Devices Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (DSCOT) team develops and supports systems and processes that make planning, manufacturing, launching and supporting our devices as efficient and friction-less as possible. We own and build platforms to support everything from Supply Planning, Materials Management, and Product Lifecycle Management to Device Costing, among others. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager - Tech, with a strong delivery record and senior leadership experience to own and manage strategic, cross-functional technology programs with web software and services. This high-visibility role will require working with business and software teams across the company and around the world to prioritize projects which support both new products/programs and existing supply chain systems.

Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop product requirements and overall product roadmap.
• Drive the implementation and delivery of software products.
• Collaborate with multiple agile engineering and design teams to coordinate, prioritize and deliver to an ambitious roadmap.
• Forming cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, managing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders
• Innovating for step-change improvement in safety, quality, and cost metrics
• Partnering with Directors, VPs, and other key operational experts across the company to lead, support, and influence new business initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


• MBA or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Technology preferred
• Ability to work with teams at all levels of the organization
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven problem solving skills
• Exceptional analytics skills
