Principal Product Manager, Dsp Pricing

DESCRIPTION

The DSP Offer & Expansion team is part of the Last Mile Product and Technology organization and is responsible for designing, launching, and managing the strategy of the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program around the world across all of its various use cases.

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our pricing discipline, which is vital to the program's long run viability and success. This individual leads all pricing activities from end-to-end world-wide, including the strategy and logic of pricing activities for all expansions and new use cases as well as managing and iterating upon pricing that has been established for existing use cases.

A successful candidate will be an effective general business manager, excel in written and verbal communication with senior executives, and be fluent in dealing with and articulating trends and analysis of quantitative methods and data. They will be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, will be drawn to thinking big, and be able to roll-up their sleeves to dive deep into the data as well as to effectively partner with internal and external teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience building and managing high performing teams.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, program management, risk management, finance, or similar.
