This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about software development to shape the future of developer tools. In this role you will be part of the extended Code Services leadership team helping to set the vision for our developer tools platform strategy and also org-wide standards and practices.

Your mission is to create services that make it easier for our internal developers to build amazing developer tools. You will turn that vision into actionable plans that are written as clear, compelling narratives that leaders at all levels can understand. You will break that plan into easy to understand requirements and work with engineering leaders to design prototypes and technical designs that help get everyone aligned. You will also work with your engineering counterparts to schedule and track the delivery of features and services through the Amazon development process and into the hands of our developers. Throughout the process you will ensure that the team is focused on the top developer needs and partnering effectively with engineering counterparts to deliver features, improvements and services predictably and reliably.
