Amazon Advertising seeks the worlds brightest and best product leaders to drive next-generation solutions that enable advertisers to reach customers across our owned and operated sites, on other high-quality publisher sites across the web, and on millions of desktops, mobile, and connected TV devices. Our mission is to offer the world's most customer-centric advertising. Amazon DSP (ADSP) is Amazon's programmatic advertising product for campaign spanning Display, Video, and Audio across Amazon properties (e.g., Amazon.com, IMDb TV, Twitch, Fire TV, and Amazon Music) and tens of thousands of third-party (3P) websites and apps. We seek candidates who want to join a team focused on building large-scale systems that integrate across multiple sources to provide unique advertising products. These products give advertisers the controls and data necessary to improve the relevancy and performance of their ads.

Amazon's DSP (ADSP) Solutions team seeks a Sr. Product Manager to oversee our guaranteed display ad products. This role will be responsible for determining vision, feature prioritization, go to market, and overall success of the ad products. As a Sr. product manager you will partner closely with engineering, sales, service, finance, and other teams. You will meet frequently with advertisers, agencies and tool providers to gather direct feedback to support your feature prioritization and development.

As a Sr. Product Manager you will be responsible for:
• Establish product strategy, goals and investment plans.
• Oversee product development, including research, requirements definition, metrics analysis, and launch efforts
• Operate the product with robust business reviews and technical and business deep dives.
• Ensure clear communication and coordination of product needs for the business and product development teams
• Partner with product, marketing, sales and service to integrate features into overall product marketing framework to drive adoption
• Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
• Measure and analyze existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers
• Present confidently to Amazon senior executives as well as other internal and external audiences

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Experience in bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience hiring and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must effectively communicate with tech and non-tech teams.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive; demonstrated ability to have fun and inspire team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years in digital advertising technology
• Sound business judgment as well as ability to think creatively, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope requirements and prioritize
• Strong analytical capabilities, hands-on data analysis skills a plus
• Experience in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
• Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
• Successful history of shipping innovative products
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
