Principal Product Manager - Alexa

Description

Are you passionate about innovative technologies like speech and IoT? Interested in Amazon Alexa, the brain behind Amazon Echo? The Amazon Alexa Customer Enablement team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and drive voice interface solutions.

As a member of the product management team, you will

Define Far Field reference solutions to enable voice interactions

Drive solutions with internal technical teams and external partners

Develop and foster relationships with external partners

Assess business and technical requirements from various customers and synthesize requirements into a consolidated roadmap

Author MRDs and PRDs for hardware and software solutions

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

10+ years of product management with related types of hardware products or technologies

Experience defining and delivering platform hardware + software solutions and deploing it with OEMs and ODMs

Experience engaging with OEMs and component (semiconductor) or technology vendors to work together and deliver solutions

Hands-on experience working with engineering teams to drive products and solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Product development and engagement with consumer electronics ODM's and OEM's

Experience in Product Marketing working with ODM's and OEMs

Experience in Platform product management at-scale
