Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Amazon Global Selling Marketing Team spread the awareness of selling globally with Amazon through digital reach, offline events, media outreach and success story sharing. We also engage potential sellers through social media channels and website to promote the sell on Amazon program to them. Our mission is to educate sellers how they can become sellers on Amazon marketplace, helps them understand the potential benefits to their business so that the seller can reach the world of customers through selling on Amazon.
We would like to seek a highly motivated, customer focused, creative thinking, data driven and deadline oriented professional to join our marketing team to drive the awareness of Amazon global selling through various online/offline engagements and strategic partnerships with government agencies and key partners, with a focus on Thai sellers.
The marketing manager will work closely with our strategic partners as well as with sales, PR, legal and public policy teams to build, execute and report on a series of events to generate awareness and leads for follow-ups. He/she would engage with potential sellers through various channels including online, offline and partnership to build motivation, generate demand and drive conversions. Working with the sales team, he/she would also develop a regular cadence of strategic gatherings and meetups to identify potential sellers, as well as to create positive experiences that will connect sellers.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop online marketing opportunities to drive nationwide seller awareness and engagement
• Work with partners and internal stakeholders to define seller awareness and engagement goals for online activities
• Keep track of updated content creation guidelines and resources, develop communication materials, review and seek approval ahead of deadlines
• Own content metrics and content development processes
• Manage online/offline event calendar, budgets and sponsorships
• Build reports to provide visibility on event results, effectiveness and conversions
• Build and develop close relationships with seller communities
• Proactively identify and work with candidates to build interesting Amazon Global Selling seller stories
• Find new and exciting ways to engage sellers via social media, website and CRM channels
• Monitor social media channels at the real time, on a daily basis, to provide prompt and active support to sellers
• Actively seek solutions through researching and liaising with relevant internal teams and identify trends and ideas for improvement
• Maintain a strong up-to-date knowledge of seller ecosystem, resources and internal processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree required
• 6+ years of experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Thai
• Organized and detailed oriented
• Proven track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing strategy and execution
• Experience in corporate communications, pitch deck and case study development
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms including analytics and business management tools
• Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and how to employ marketing communications strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth
• Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce
• A team player with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience in B2B offline/event marketing
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and community building
• 3+ years of content and writing experience
• 3+ years of strategic partnership management
• Understanding of how to use content marketing to generate awareness and qualified leads
• Familiarity with local events and Making Money Online (MMO) scenes in Thailand
• Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role
