Our team is changing the way we interact with customers around the globe and building a new, emerging business in shipping to solve some of the biggest logistical opportunities facing not just Amazon, but the entire industry.
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to drive the growth of Amazon Shipping in Italy. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing B2B acquisition and retention. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, localizing and executing scalable marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Responsibilities will include:
• Brand strategy: Implement global brand strategy, adapting it to the local market segment and creating effective content to support customers and prospects throughout the marketing funnel
• Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: Design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
• Channel management: Launching and managing campaigns across multiple channels, often in partnership with third-party agencies
You are the ideal candidate if:
• You are a talented storyteller with a proven track record in creating compelling brand assets and content in Italian
• You have experience managing/running digital marketing channels within a B2B context
• You are able to extract actionable insights from internal and external data and pivot campaign strategies accordingly
• You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner - particularly in written form
• You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment
• You can easily shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and executing, in order to deliver results
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study
• Extensive experience in digital marketing, advertising, demand generation or similar roles in a B2B environment
• Experience in effectively developing and implementing marketing plans that drive customer demand
• Proven track record of using quantitative and analytical skills to generate insights to inform strategy and measure performance of marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Experience with digital marketing channels such as email, digital display, SEO, PPC.
• Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
• Fluency in English and Italian, preferably native speaker
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or Master's degree in Marketing
• Experience in a start-up/high-growth environment
