Be part of the next industrial revolution!

As customers connect more and more devices to the cloud, they need applications to be able to visualize, monitor and act on their IoT (Internet of Things) data. Our team provides AWS customers with a fully managed enterprise web application where customers can customize and build their IoT solutions. You will enable customers to interact digitally with the physical world!

Work/Life Balance

While the office is located in Seattle, working remotely is supported, and often times encouraged. Work hours are flexible and typically self-defined, with a core team hours of 10AM-4PM. We are builder-operators of our services at AWS and have a modest on-call rotation where you'll participate once every 2-3 months. We don't like getting paged in the middle of the night or on the weekend, so we work to ensure that our are fault tolerant. When an issue happens, we work together to resolve the root cause so that we don't get paged for the same issue twice.

Mentorship & Career Growth
Our team is dedicated to supporting new team members. Our team has a broad mix of experience levels and Amazon tenures, and we're building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship. Our senior engineers truly enjoy mentoring more junior engineers and engineers from non-traditional backgrounds through one-on-one mentoring and thorough, but kind, code reviews.
We care about your career growth. We try to assign projects and tasks based on what will help each team member into a better-rounded engineer and enable them to take on more complex tasks in the future and grow their career.

Inclusive Team Culture
Here at AWS, we embrace our differences. We are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion. We have ten employee-led affinity groups, reaching 40,000 employees in over 190 chapters globally. Amazon's culture of inclusion is reinforced within our 14 Leadership Principles, which remind team members to seek diverse perspectives, learn and be curious, and earn trust.

Our team is intentional about attracting, developing, and retaining amazing talent from diverse backgrounds.
