We are looking for a Financial Analyst III to lead function/category specific finance activity. The person would play a key role in driving the function /category agenda and would work as business partner in delivering the business result. The key task would be to help the business in decision support through data analysis and business insight. In Addition, this position supports and partners with various functions within Finance Business Services to develop annual plans, forecast, analyze trends, create metrics and perform analyses to support business decisions Finance Analyst will be a finance partner to the relevant business team. This includes, among other things, responsibility for financial metrics, reporting, forecasting and analysis. This individual will be an active member of the leadership team. The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage the finances of a high-growth business.

Business Responsibilities
• Use data and make recommendations to influence strategic decision-making and planning. Independently align financial and operational analyses with your business partners, challenging business partner assumptions when necessary
• Ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies (e.g., financial and tax-related regulations), including monitor forecast accuracy, understand drivers of variances, and provide insightful commentary & analysis for both current period and future periods
• Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models and analyses with little guidance and draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and may have global impact
• Controllership will be your top priority. You identify and solve complex data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution
• Manage monthly and quarterly forecast for both OPEX and headcount
• Partner and influence the stakeholders on the definition of strategic management of HC
• You challenge business partner plans and assumptions when needed. You navigate across organizations and identify the right teams to participate in discussions. You establish relationships with business partners and proactively address issues
• Perform ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modeling. Present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives
• Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
• You identify and implement opportunities to resolve finance issues, improve, scale, or simplify finance tools, technology, and processes across teams and organizations


• Finance Degree or related field with 10+ or more years of experience
• Advance in English, fully fluent communication and exceptional business writing with proven experience managing executive level communications
• Superior financial analysis and financial modeling skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized
• Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with business partners
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel and/or SQL, VBA, Microsoft Access, Oracle Financials, Cognos
• Ability to work independently, readily adapt to and lead through changing environment
• Proven expertise managing, evaluating, analyzing data quickly and creating meaningful business reporting


Preferred Qualifications
• MBA degree is preferred
• Proven ability to develop new ideas, process improvement and creative solutions
• Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis
• Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
