Job Description
GAR (Global Accts Rec) is looking for a proactive, customer centric Finance specialist. The ideal candidate will be experienced in finance role with an understanding of finance operations and will have experience in relationship management. He/she will have problem solving skills with the focus on improving the processes. The ideal candidate should have action-driven personality and motivation to drive projects independently along with strong analytical skills. Additional traits we are looking for are a strong desire to exceed expectations, effective interpersonal skills; including persuasive written and oral communication, solid organizational skills and ability to assess and manage risk. This person is result-oriented, multitasker with strong communication skills.

Summary of Responsibilities
• Communicate internally and externally to identify issues and propose solutions for long term sustainability of processes
• Analyze processes, recommend improvements and manage related quality/internal controls indicator
• Working with the functional leaders and other internal groups to build scalable processes
• Drive identified projects to closure in partnership with ACES
• Collaborating with the Global disputes team, BP, retail and business teams
• Drive SLAs and KPIs of aligned processes and highlight
• Lead and Participate in operational excellence activities for disputes, cash apps and trans teams
Other requirements
• Reporting on progress of the functions aligned to senior leadership by contributing and actively participating in the Monthly Business Review process
• Create and implement standard operating procedures, quality guidelines and process workflows
• Working actively and accurately on an independent basis; giving great attention to detail and displaying the initiative to quickly identify and resolve variances, failures and discrepancies
• Interacting with ACES/internal stake holders, BP, Retail & Finance teams while working on the projects and agreeing on priorities, business decisions, objectives and communication
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications & Skills
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proven instances in identifying and driving process improvements and operational efficiency projects
• Project leadership and delivery along with experience working with global teams
• Advanced excel and advanced SQL skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability of participating in milestone driven projects
• A strong desire to exceed expectations and strong interpersonal skills, including persuasive written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• 6+ years of relevant program/project management and analytics
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications
• Post Graduate in finance, management, or any related degree
• Experience in Accounts Receivable field is a must
• Experience in project/program management, analytics is required
• Ability to communicate and present complex analysis/data clearly and concisely
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Analytical skills with the ability to get into the detail, while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture
• Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL skills
