As a Custom Billing Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-6 Private Pricing Ops Specialists handling contract onboarding processes and data capture/analysis. You will be able to provide career development and coaching to your direct reports, define and perform accuracy reviews, manage monthly operational processes, and create process improvements and innovations which enhance the customer experience related to custom billing.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Private Pricing Ops Specialists responsible for operations related to custom pricing constructs.
• Proactively identify and drive operational initiatives and process improvements that serve business requirements and goals.
• Manage communication with cross functional teams including Sales, Business Practices, Legal, and Leadership to ensure the team and its processes meet all stakeholder needs
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

• 2+ years of experience in hiring and developing great teams in billing, pricing, accounting, finance, or a similar discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading business operational process improvement and generating success-driven metrics.


• Experience in lean methodologies (Kaizen, Green Belt Six Sigma).
• Superb verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Experience with complex billing systems, operations, process design, process implementation, or process improvement.
• Background in contract creation/review, comfortable with contractual verbiage
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for collaboration
• Skilled at handling competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, deadline-driven environment
• Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and effective in ambiguous situations
• Business analysis and management experience with quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills.
