The Kindle Higher Education team is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented senior manager to lead a cross-functional team of content vendor managers, product managers, markets, and business intelligence managers focused on growing a thriving digital textbook business at Kindle. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of our Kindle business with education publishers including: terms negotiations, pricing, merchandising, store experience, business model development, revenue growth and margin improvment.
At Amazon Education our ambition is to help students achieve their learning goals by connecting them with effective, affordable learning content and experiences. To achieve this, we are building a talented team that strives to bring bold ideas for applications, devices and marketplace services to life. - Results oriented – you rally your team to meet their commitments to each other and to customers. Seeing your teams' solutions ship, scale and make a measurable impact on customers' lives fuels you.
- Fearless – You are drawn to take on the hardest problems, navigate ambiguity and are willing to fail in the name of learning what works best over the long term.
