WFS (Workforce Staffing) Marketing is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Measurement Manager to help shape the future of WFS Marketing. WFS is responsible for the attraction and hiring of the hourly operations workforce.

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to work with our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a natural curiosity about solving problems, identifying the right metrics to inspect the business, and to help leaders make great data driven decisions. You will work with a highly collaborative team, and have direct influence over analytical roadmaps, establishment of key performance metrics, dashboards and report development. You'll be responsible for working with senior leadership within Marketing and, at times, directly with WFS business leadership to provide data and insights into WFS Marketing initiatives. Successful attributes include, effective communicator and leader of various levels and audiences, the capacity to remain flexible and adept at learning new tools, and the facility to implement new systems within a team atmosphere. Our environment is deadline driven and fast paced and therefore requires detail-oriented individuals comfortable interacting or working with multiple teams (business and technical). As you further your career as a Business Intelligence Manager, you will focus on improving corporate reporting frameworks and data visualization. You will build capacity solutions for the growing managed businesses. You will solve real world problems and build metrics and business cases to improve decision making.

Responsibilities May Include:
• Centralize reporting and synthesize insights to deliver campaign-level performance insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Build Capacity solutions and drive strategies for organizational wide operational excellence and operational weight programs to evolve day to day reporting mechanisms
• Work with teams from across Amazon to improve data quality within their respective products and platforms
• Work with software developers / data engineers to improve data quality and drive operational excellence for data ingestion, transformation and publication to ensure confidence in the systems we build.
• Champion and actively develop a data-centric approach, acting as coach, mentor, champion and in-house expert within the marketing department
• Be a "do-er" as well as a leader be a data and analytics expert that your team can turn to for assistance. Be able to produce individual analytics and guide individual contributors across the team as well.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
• Demonstrated results in leading engineering and/or analyst teams
• 6+ years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics position
• 3+ years of people management experience
• 5+ years experience writing and optimizing SQL to handle extremely large datasets
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe, or similar Marketing/e-Commerce analytical tools
• 5+ years experience with digital analytics tool like GA360 or Adobe Analytics
• 5+ years direct experience with one or more major data visualization tools including: Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI etc.
• 3+ years experience in data warehousing and data modeling

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced technical or business degree (MS or MBA)
• Experience leading large-scale analytics projects with BI solutions development using Amazon technologies Redshift, Athena, S3, EC2, Quicksight, etc
• Experience in scripting languages for parsing and data analysis
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe, or similar Marketing/e-Commerce analytical tools
• 5+ years experience with digital analytics tool like GA360 or Adobe Analytics
