Amazon is looking for talented, ambitious Team Leaders for the AVS organisation located in our new MAN11 (Manchester) office. You will manage a team of Brand Specialists to help deliver value to vendors subscribed to the service. Your priority will be to deliver on Amazon's commitment to help vendors improve their performance across key retail metrics, ensure their satisfaction with the service and continuously improve the productivity of your team. You will play a key role in building the new AVS organisation and culture in the MAN11 office, implementing ways of working and mechanisms to ensure seamless connectivity with partner teams such as Vendor Management, Instock and Marketing. You will report directly into the MAN11 Site Leader, who will have dual responsibility for both the AVS team as well as a broader leadership role for the MAN11 office as a whole. You will be an ambassador for the AVS team in MAN11 and work with senior UK leaders to audit and ensure we raise the bar even further in team development and engagement, vendor satisfaction, and value add to Amazon and our customers.

You should be passionate about managing and developing people, customer focused, and tech-interested. You will have a proven track record of implementing innovative mechanisms and interacting with senior stakeholders. Most importantly, you should be up for the challenge of building a new organisation in an exciting new location.


• 4-7 yrs of management experience in retail
• Experience managing a team of 3+ individuals
• BA/BS required


• Experience of AVS (either working in or working with) is highly desirable.
• Experience of working, influencing or negotiating with vendors
