The ideal candidate has:
  • Experience in sourcing, shaping and cleansing data
  • The ability to integrate data from multiple disparate backend data sources
  • Strong financial/business acumen
  • Expert data visualization skills.
This role will require you to invent new ways of looking at the many dimensions of our business. This individual will need to collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional data teams to
solve problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high standards. Additionally, you will partner with Sales teams to identify the insights and intelligence they require to
understand, manage, and grow their business and develop solutions to Deliver Results at scale across multiple dimensions. A successful individual is a person that has a proven work ethic that drives the
desired results. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to "roll up the sleeves".
This position will work with several stakeholders supporting the extended AWS Americas Sales organization including Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Business Development, Finance, Marketing,
Training and Certification, Strategy and Communication the BI/Analytics teams. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Create visualization dashboards to accelerate information-to-action at scale
  • Support annual planning activities and develop actionable insights
  • Invent new ways to define and measure program effectiveness and organizational productivity
  • Define the key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the
business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives
  • Develop relationships and processes with sales, support, finance, HR, sales operations, and
other stakeholders to identify and address reporting requirements
  • Engage closely with Engineering and Business Intelligence partner teams to influence and guide
their development roadmaps.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed
  • Be an expert in analytics tools required to support Sales and Sales Operations

Basic qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience at a management consulting company, investment bank, or technology
  • company in Sales BI, Finance or related quantitative functions
  • Experience with advanced functions in MS Excel
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Quicksight, Salesforce, Tableau, and OneView
  • Comfortable extracting and manipulating large datasets with SQL
  • Knowledge in one or more functional areas such as Enterprise Planning, Sales Productivity and
  • Readiness, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following methods - data analysis/visualization,
  • financial modeling, statistical modeling
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results
  • into actionable deliverables
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM designated degree program
Preferred qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional work experience in an enterprise setting
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company preferred
  • Tableau Certification
  • One or more certifications in project management such as Six Sigma, Lean, PMP Certification, Agile
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior
  • management
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
  • Data Quality and Governance Methods
