Position Title: Associate Creative Director
Location: Seattle, WA
Develop, create and execute creative assets needed for marketing campaigns, brand messages, communications and promotional initiatives. Manage more complex projects that may have a wide impact and/or spans across multiple teams or platforms. Participate and make recommendations in brand kick-off meeting and lead the creation of the resulting creative deliverables. Lead the development of Creative Briefs and execution of key assets based on the campaign elements. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate and collaborate effectively across teams. Use creative discretion and judgment when creating assets and managing partnerships with external production companies and agencies. Responsible for project workflow, timelines, budget, production, design, editorial and asset management and distribution. Responsible for delivering the final product on time, within budget and ensuring it is on point with the key messages of the campaign or initiative.
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or related and three years of experience in the job offered, or as a Copywriter, Creative Director, ACD or Senior Copywriter, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field and seven years of experience in the job offered or related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience. Three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation must involve: integrated media advertising experience and experience in social media; analyzing post-campaign metrics and optimizing advertising campaigns for brand awareness and conversion; ideation and creation of high fidelity campaign materials; supporting marketing teams with concepts and executions of digital advertising campaigns; presenting campaign work to internal stakeholders, marketing managers and senior management for review and approval.
