スペシャリストは事業計画に基づいた売上目標を達成する責任を持ち、戦略立案をするとともに、開発、ファイナンス、グローバルチームと言ったパートナーチームとの連携を取ります。細かいデータやプロセスの分析をしたり、顧客やパートナーからのフィードバックを傾聴したり、関係チームとの連携をとるコミュニケーション能力のバランスが必要です。
業務内容:
• DSP / Display の売上目標達成のための営業戦略の立案と実行
• 営業、開発、オペレーション、ファイナンスなどの関係各所と事業の進捗確認と軌道修正を施行。
• Go-to-market (アクションプラン)や提案資料向けの価値提案の作成と、日本におけるソリューションとしての不足を可視化し、開発ロードマップに反映するよう交渉。
• 営業マネージャへプロダクトにおける事業の目標達成に向けて進捗を可視化、報告。
• Amazon の様々なデータツールを学習し、分析をビジネス・アクションに昇華。
• 事業決定者に向けて、レポートや企画書などのドキュメント作成。

Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, offering a rich array of advertising solutions with the goal of helping our consumers find and discover anything they want to buy. We help advertisers reach Amazon customers with a variety of consumer touch points including the Amazon site, Fire TV, Prime Video and other high quality services. As the Display and DSP Product Sales Specialist, you will play a leadership role in our team - sales leadership will look to you for advice on business issues facing them. You are right, a lot. You get a lot done. You like to be helpful. You work efficiently and routinely deliver the right things. You deal well with ambiguity and can consistently create order out of chaos.
In this role, you will have ownership of end-to-end development of solutions to complex questions, and you'll play an integral role in strategic decision-making. You will partner with teams throughout the advertising organization including product, account management, finance and offshore teams in order to create processes, tools, and mechanisms that support the sales team.
To be successful, the right candidate will thread the needle between diving deep to understand business problems (through customer interviews and analytical rigor) and earning trust with partner teams and across the sales organization to implement their solutions.
Some responsibilities of this role include
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the annual revenue goals on DSP and Display.
• Meet regularly with partners that include, but are not limited to, product teams, sales and finance to review the status of the business and implement corrective measures.
• Lead sales programs that drive growth of advertisers, agencies and partners represent product portfolio. Develop and drive narratives and Go-To-Market solutions for agencies and partners while identifying product gaps and communicating them to product teams and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure that Sales Managers have visibility in all aspects of evaluating their teams' performance on Display and DSP sales.
• Learn and leverage the broad range of Amazon's data resources and know how, when, and which to use and converting analysis into digestible business intelligence.
• Present written recommendations and insights to stakeholders that will help shape effective strategies.
• Audit customer conversations to better understand unique sales needs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
経験

• スキル・資格: Microsoft Excel(Pivot, V-lookup) , Word, Power Point and Outlookの使用経験

• スピード感のある環境でマルチタスクをこなし、競合する目標に対して結果を出す能力
• 4年制大学 学士
(Basic qualifications in English)
• 4+ years of sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Information Systems, or any related field from an accredited institution
• Written, verbal, listening, communicating, and negotiating skills coupled with ability to comfortably and confidently present findings to variety audiences, including senior leadership
• Experience dealing with results, metrics and data management and desire to create and build new experiences.
• Analytical and quantitative skills (including the ability to effectively use tools such as Excel ) and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
