AWS is building an internal sales organization to implement these technologies for our customers. We accompany them on their way to the AWS Cloud and use cloud technology to help them achieve their business goals.

As an Account Executive at AWS, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, creating new business opportunities and controlling the growing consumption of current and new AWS services. You use your sales and technical experience to work proactively with our customers. In this role, you act as a key account manager for our customer, sometimes in cooperation with our field staff. You work closely with the account teams to establish active contacts with customers and prospects, to maintain existing relationships and to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas. The role is based in Munich.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional experience in sales, business development or customer service
• Fluent spoken and written German and English skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in acquiring new customers, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong presentation skills
• Basic knowledge and understanding of existing cloud technologies
• BA / BS degree
• Technical sales experience
