You will support the leadership team to deliver customer satisfaction via a range of pre-defined metrics. You will be responsible for assisting in the operational management to achieve the targets set in the strategic plan. Your overriding goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and through this long-term shareholder value.

You will work with a team of diverse partners to ensure that performance objectives are met. You will play a crucial role in building positive employee relations and you will continuously improve the efficiency of all relevant processes and instill a culture of customer obsession, safety, and best-practice sharing.

As 3PL Operations Manager, you will be required to travel to various locations across the region. You will manage day-to-day operational relationships with multiple partners and monitor respective metrics.
You will manage and drive the team demand plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives and assist the business to achieve year on year improvements within its operating plan.
You will work with 3P leadership to drive enhanced performance. This will include at all levels of the business - safety of our people, employee engagement, performance leadership, talent & succession Training & Development. You will be responsible for implementing change and/or developing new processes as required to provide ability to better service Amazon customers, reduce cost to serve and improve contribution.
Set/clarify requirements and expectations for various levels of managers.
To drive a customer-focused culture within the operations department by implementing and managing initiatives and tools that aim to achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention through delivery of excellent service levels.
Supporting the development and maintenance of a strong culture of Health and Safety practices and initiatives including ensuring these are compliant with legislation and policy through effective monitoring, auditing and reviewing of practices on various partner locations.
Participate in cross-functional Process and Business Improvement projects within the broader Amazon EU Operations network.


• Degree Qualification or 5+ years work experience
• Direct management experience
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, process improvement, and lean techniques
• Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations
• Significant critical capability; previous experience of digging into data and finding solutions for a variety of operational problems
• Solid communication skills (including English and Turkish, written and verbal)
• Experience coordinating third party resources on a regional/national scale


• Masters in Business Administration
• Previous experience with operations or logistics company
• Familiarity with mainframe computers or PC applications
