The Role

At AlphaSights, our people are our greatest assets and integral to the service we provide. As a Recruiter in our London office, you will develop creative and innovative strategies to identify and engage world-class talent, guide candidates through our pipeline and drive growth. This will be a highly visible role, working with our leadership team and business stakeholders to define new roles and structure recruitment processes. We are looking for an experienced, confident Recruiter who enjoys tackling challenges, has an interest in human capital and is looking to make a lasting impact on our fast-growing organisation.

Core responsibilities will include

  • Full life-cycle recruitment for critical roles across level and function
  • Partner with stakeholders to define roles, write job descriptions and structure evaluation and selection processes
  • Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles
  • Conduct first round interviews to determine candidate viability
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment strategy
  • Execute on tactical research, referrals and sourcing campaigns to find, engage and activate active and passive candidates
  • Effectively educate candidates on AlphaSights and available opportunities
  • Support Client Service Team pipeline development to help achieve overarching recruiting team deliverables
  • Organise and participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics
  • Provide administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years in experience in recruitment, headhunting or executive search
  • An impressive candidate network in London and across Europe and ability to leverage these connections to build a high quality candidate pipeline
  • Experience in direct sourcing, agency management and headhunting
  • A mature, confident and tenacious personality; fast-learner, responsive, self-aware, humble and with the ability to make decisions with conviction
  • Ability to work effectively with all key senior stakeholders and hiring managers, with the shared aim of recruiting the best people for the firm
  • Ability to confidently manage competing and ever-evolving priorities; including successfully balancing short-term hiring requirements and long-term recruitment strategies in a high-growth and ever-changing environment
  • Commitment and drive to hit quarterly and annual hiring targets by consistently matching the highest quality candidates to AlphaSights
  • Native-level fluency in German is an advantage, but not essential
