Senior Account Manager

The successful candidate will have / be:

  • 3-5 years of account management experience preferred in the technology sector working for integrators or vendors – or 5+ year working at a large organization working in a dynamic management role in technology
  • Experience working with customers with over 500 employees
  • An understanding of Cisco, Microsoft, VM Ware and EMC technologies is a plus
  • Detail oriented person with time management experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Presentation and customer service skills essential
  • Team focused individual able to work with cross functional groups


Responsibilities include


  • Provide account management to assigned customers including but not limited to; new sales opportunities, customer service, billing assistance, hardware and logistics coordination, project oversight and daily service coordination.
  • Attending sales and account management meetings with potential and current clients and follow up on action items
  • Work with assigned accounts and internal departments ensuring delivery of accurate proposals and quotes.
  • Assist with creating proposals, presentations, and supporting documents
  • Implement direct sales campaigns to existing accounts
  • Conduct account meetings to continually determine and meet client needs
  • Attend vendor meetings and training sessions to remain current on emerging technologies
  • Internal coordination with staff for account management support
  • Travel within New York City, New Jersey,, PA, and Connecticut
  • Possible minor out of region travel
