Legal Assistant

Typical duties include assisting General Counsel in all needed facets of legal work:

  • Preparation of form agreements – Master Services Agreements, Nondisclosure Agreements, and other documents/agreements
  • Tracking all important Master Services Agreements and renewals, sending notices of renewals to clients
  • Coordinating legal support for critical business functions (sales, account management, operations)
  • Investigating the factual evidence of a transaction or case and preparing exhibits, charts and summaries to display information
  • Conducting legal research
  • Obtaining due diligence materials
  • Organizing and tracking files for important transactions
  • Maintaining legal files and folders
