Job Description

This position is for a developer focused on the administration and management of the TIBCO execution environment for Allstate claims processing under the direction of a lead operations teammate. It covers projects involving environmental change as well as code, configuration and change management for application releases. Firewall rules and certificate management is part of the role. This developer would also provide test and production support of our TIBCO environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and development of projects targeted at integration environment change
  • Create code branches and support continuous integration
  • Create EAR and configuration files
  • Create production change plans
  • Facilitate code migration through test and production environments
  • Request team firewall rules and certificates
  • Assist QC testing team with integration environment issues
  • Provide production support assistance from problem resolution to change validation
  • Perform tasks for team disaster recovery exercises

Job Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Experience working in either Waterfall or Agile software development
