Job Description
The primary objective of the Regional Vice President (RVP) is to generate profitable growth and increased market share within the Northeast Region. This role will comprehend the overall corporate sales strategy and effectively develop and implement a strategic business plan to meet those objectives. This role will also meet the territory sales goals and expectations for the territory by effectively communicating sales goals and objectives to territory personnel under the RVP leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Market Managers directly report to the RVP
- Leads all distribution-related activity for national accounts (blue chip/large brokers, designer space)
- Develops strategic business plan (production, retention, education, and profitability) for all targeted lines of business
- Has responsibility for generating profitable growth
- Provide leadership and development to all territory personnel
- Has responsibility for meeting expense plan for their selves and their territory
- Monitors and evaluates distribution leaders on performance against annual plans and provides coaching and constructive feedback as appropriate
- Has responsibility for conducting progress reviews, providing constructive feedback and recommending merit increases, promotions and terminations for direct reports

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; may also have advanced degree
- 10 or more years of related experience

- Ability to analyze, assemble and deliver information

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $132,300.00 - 181,950.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
