The Allstate Benefits Sales team builds relationships with Agents and Brokers across the country and support them, which contributes to premium growth for Allstate Benefits in the voluntary market.
Allstate Benefits has an exceptional career opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager in the South East territory. Our ideal candidate will live in or near Atlanta, GA and support either Southern Georgia or North West Georgia.
The Allstate Regional Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting new producers, sales production from Workplace and Individual products, achieving premium growth objectives and servicing and conservation of insurance in force. Meet or exceed assigned productions plan. Recruit, train, motivate and develop producers throughout the region. Contribute to effective relationships between the producers and Allstate Benefits Home Office departments.
- Advanced knowledge of individual and group insurance product, as well as payroll allotment and IRSC 125, and workplace/voluntary benefit experience.
- Sales, communication and relationship building skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and management of insurance sales force.
- Microsoft office proficiency. Professional designations such as CLU and ChFC are desirable.
- Active Life and Health insurance license required.
- Knowledge of individual and group payroll products.
