Job Description

Human Resources Producer/Agency Relations Team (PART) collaborates and consults with key stakeholders on Exclusive Agency, Exclusive Financial Specialist, Allstate Independent Agency and Licensed Sales Producer issues and concerns to ensure consistency with processes; provides insights, recommendations, and implements strategies that include best practices, analyzing trends through rigorous measurement; influences change based on results; and provides leadership education in collaboration with Human Resource business partners and company leadership

The Producer/Agency Relations Team (PART) Analyst III provides assistance in the deveopment and/or implemenation of processes, products and services. The role collaborates with other members of the PART in completing producer/agency relations actions. Works under general direction, guided by assignment objectives. Establishes relationships and works directly with business leaders in presenting problem analysis and recommended solutions. Will be responsible for tracking datat and trend analysis. Will determine specific details and conduct required research/investigation on basic/routine cases.

Job Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred. 1-2 years related experience in Human Resources. Professional with good organizational, communication and administrative skills. Basic time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize. Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of business software preferred. Basic project management skills. Ability to establish relationships with internal and external partners. Creative thinking and routine problem solving.
