Encompass Insurance has an exceptional career opportunity for an Inside Auto Liability Adjuster in Woodridge, IL!

Our customers need us the most when an accident happens. As an Encompass Auto Liability Determination Adjuster, you will play a vital role to ensure we deliver on our promise to keep customers in Good Hands. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating accidents to determine liability, by analyzing police reports and interviewing accident victims to evaluate the cause of the accident, who's at fault and to what degree. You will also work directly with customers, guiding them through the claims process and negotiating fair and equitable settlements. You will be tasked with handling multiple cases simultaneously and documenting every step of activity for each claim. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Investigating, evaluating, and negotiating auto accident claims in order to reach a fair and equitable settlement for all parties involved.

- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline with a focus in insurance preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for helping others.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
- Persistence and the ability to work through and solve problems.
