Job Description

The Connected Car team develops and oversees strategic initiatives within the roadmap for Connected Car. The team also provides oversight and day-to-day direction to continuously improve the Connected Car experience and optimize operational performance. This role is within the Allstate Rewards team, our telematics rewards program.

Job Summary

The Connected Car Operations Consultant II is responsible for supporting and/or leading the implementation of new projects, initiatives and deliverables that align with the Connected Car overall strategic direction and Allstate Rewards program-specific goals to help achieve targeted results. Allstate Rewards is a member engagement program (includes both customers and non-customers) that provides frequent, personalized and positive rewards that encourages and reinforces safe driving behavior by awarding participants with points based on their driving performance and overall engagement with Allstate. This individual supports the Allstate Rewards Product Manager as well as works collaboratively across AORs, other internal stakeholder teams and external vendors to ensure overall alignment and a seamless cross-channel and engaging Allstate Rewards member experience. He/she also closely monitors program performance and analyzes results to ensure initiatives achieve intended outcomes and makes recommendations to enhance the program’s design and/or member experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports and/or leading project efforts within the Allstate Rewards Roadmap with an appropriate sense of urgency and accountability for project results
  • Collaborates across AORs, internal stakeholder teams (e.g. technology, marketing, corporate communications, accounting, legal, agent) and/or with external vendor to help implement initiatives; influences others as needed to support team goals and initiatives
  • Participates in the development and maintenance of program deliverables (e.g. presentations, regular and ad hoc reports, project updates)
  • Collects and analyzes program and member-level data and insights; leverage results to identify problems or issues, propose changes or viable options, make recommendations for resolutions or general enhancements/improvements, and leading those changes

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 2+ years of related experience
  • Interest and applied knowledge of rewards/loyalty programs, program/project management, reporting & analysis, data management and online (e.g. website, email) and mobile/social communication channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong experience in time and task management
  • Strong attention to details and reporting accuracy
  • Internal and external customer-orientation with an appropriate sense of urgency and accountability
