Job Qualifications

  • This role is located in Northbrook, IL and will not be virtual.
  • In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to influence and regularly communicate with Claims and Enterprise Sr. Leadership, so strong written and verbal communication skills are needed. Additionally, this individual will need to take ownership for self-development in this role and will be assisting leadership in creating the strategy for monitoring the Medicare/Medicaid program.
  • The ideal candidate will need to think broadly about the claim processes, and have a Claims background.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Sharepoint & Excel
  • Advanced ability to effectively communicate with both business and technology audiences
  • Knowledge of claim processes, policies, procedures and claim systems to inform solutions
  • Ability to interact effectively, and coach others on interacting effectively, with internal or external customers and act with empathy
  • Advanced ability to leverage learned technical skills in support of team objectives
