3-5 years change management experience driving cultural and technology change for medium scale initiatives across a broad employee base.
3-5 years communications experience, communicating moderately complex changes to a broad employee base through a variety of communication vehicles
Develops and delivers moderate complexity change management plans.
Develops and conducts low to moderately complex training and communications
Knowledge of change management methodologies and practices, with proven track record of practical application.
Ability to convey technology changes and impacts to a wide variety of audiences of varying technical aptitude through development of technical job aids, training, and written and oral communications.
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization and with teams in different locations.
Researches and recommends industry best practices.
Gathers, analyzes and reports on user adoption metrics.
Identifies and guides the development of change management activities.
Ability to understand customer user cases and adapt change practices accordingly.
May lead across a wide variety assignments with minimal supervision and leadership guidance.
Proficient in oral and written communications.
Knowledge of O365 and general end user computing technologies a plus.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
