Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for a Bilingual Catastrophe Claims Service Specialist in Irving, TX!
Our customers need us the most when they file a claim. As an Allstate Bilingual Catastrophe Claims Service Specialist in the Catastrophe Claims unit, you will play a vital role to ensure we deliver on our promise to help restore people's lives after they've experienced a loss. Each day you will be responsible for managing a steady volume of tasks arising from auto liability and casualty claims. Each day will be responsible for communicating with offsite vendors and customers to address a variety of concerns. Most importantly, you will work with on-site staff, vendors and customers as they are guided through the claims process in a caring and professional manner. You will handle many tasks including managing incoming calls and data entry, to filing reports and mail support. Specific responsibilities include:
- Telephone interaction with on-site Adjusters, vendors and Allstate customers in addition to offsite providers
- Supporting claim adjusters by completing and managing varying claim tasks
- Typing and data entry
- Filing reports and customer information
- Other administrative duties as assigned

- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) with 2+ years of customer service experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion to help others
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer, typing and grammar skills
