Functional Payroll Implementation Lead CH


Activities under your responsibility

Activities you should contribute to

  • Capture payroll configuration information
  • Support kick off
  • Capture payroll exchange localization information
  • Provide/review activities, durations and dependencies for project plan
  • Identify deviations from alight standard(product & processes)
  • Support data mapping exercise
  • Request payroll system set up in snow
  • Support integration issues resolution
  • Coordinate configuration and/or configuring of payroll solution with GTAS team
  • Support UAT and parallel testing
  • Validate payroll solution & integrations - SIT execution

  • Support data validations across all systems (HRIS, PEX, Payroll)
  • Perform data validations in payroll system
  • Support data issues resolution
  • Coordinate defect resolution with GTAS team
  • MPI(Manual processes inventory) - workaround definitions, resolution tickets
  • Knowledge transfer to GTAS for payroll solution maintenance
  • Support knowledge transfer to HRO teams
  • Track and manage transports/configuration replication across payroll environments
  • Provide/review activities, durations and dependencies for cutover plan
  • Estimate workload for implementation of approved local deviations with GTAS team & align with OR lead & ITCAM for recurring impacts

Support from global solution roles

  • Provide client global solution information in kick off and/OR local team onboarding (solution, DM & testing processes presentation)
  • Coordinate localization of payroll exchange
  • Coordinate data mapping with Client and local/global team
  • Coordinate data migration process with client, local/global teams
  • Validate requests for deviations from standard on solution & support resolution with product & GTAS teams
  • Track and manage transports/configuration replication across the environments
