Tech Services Engineer II

Provides direct Technical Support to our External Customers, Field Service Teams, Clinical Field Teams, International Affiliates, Distributors, Sales and Marketing groups. Addresses product related questions to support internal processes and teams. Strong technical know-how and product knowledge related to Surgical Device Products. Conduct training to Field Service Engineers and other groups.

• Provides direct Technical Support to our External Customers, Field Service Teams, Clinical Field Teams, International Affiliates, Distributors, Sales and Marketing groups. Addresses product related questions to support internal processes and teams.

• Provides Product Support to R&D, Manufacturing and Quality groups through direct technical actions, data gathering and analysis

• Participates in Process Verifications, Validation & Verification and any additional ad-hoc tasks needed to support our Instruments.

• Participates in the preparation, creation or revision of Service and User Manuals. Creates Service Documents (STPs) used during the servicing of our Instruments in the field.

• Creates Retrofits to increase Reliability and to address Quality, Manufacturing or Technical action requests for our installed products.

• Reviews Calibrated Equipment returns requiring impact assessment when requested by the Calibration Labs.

• Trains Field Personnel and Tech Services Engineers to provide service and support to specific instruments.

• Trains other Trainers on the product(s) that he/she is a Certified Trainer for.
