Sr. Software Test/Verification Engineer

Job Description
• Responsible for software verification of complex software applications embedded in state-of-the-art ophthalmic instruments in all phases of the software development life cycle including planning, inputs, design, and testing.
• Develop software using a high-level programming language such as WPF, C++, or C# in MS Visual Studio environment.
• Develop test automation framework using tools such as Coded UI, Quick Test Professional, or Test Complete.
• Review software documentation.
•Write and execute manual system level test cases and procedures.
•Demonstrated strong commitment and results in both manual and automated tests.
•Lead project teams to provide Software Test / Software Verification / SQA support.

Minimum requirements •Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs).
•The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
•2 Years of Relevant Experience.
•Knowledge of WPF, C++, or C# in MS Visual Studio environment.
•Experience with test automation framework using Coded UI, Quick Test Professional, or Test Complete.
•Software documentation review.
•Writing and executing manual system level test cases and procedures.
•Provide software test / software verification / SQA support to project teams.
•The ideal candidate will be familiar with software development life cycle, FDA/ISO regulations for software development, testing embedded software systems, software configuration management tool, and change management tools.
