We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager, to join our GTM Strategy & Product, Digital Health team in Fort Worth, TX. The role of Digital Health refers to the use of technology to improve clinical, business, and wellness outcomes for individuals and organizations. This field includes a wide range of digital tools and solutions, such as mobile apps. By leveraging data, technology, and interoperability, Digital Health aims to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of healthcare. In this role, a typical day will include:
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Lead the development of comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches and market expansions, incorporating insights from sales teams and customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, operations, regional marketing, and other franchise businesses, to ensure a unified approach.
  • Drive Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers, leveraging a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including lead generation campaigns, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution: Craft and execute innovative and results-driven marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives. Harness market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to pinpoint target markets, positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  • Demand Generation: Ability to analyze sales data and marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness drive lead generation and demand creation initiatives. Collaborate closely with regional downstream marketing teams to drive initiatives across diverse channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Product Launch Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of successful product launches by orchestrating activities across departments for seamless execution. Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools to support product launches and ongoing sales endeavors strategically.
  • Market Research and Analysis : Stay at the forefront of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape through ongoing market research and analysis. Utilize data and insights strategically to inform marketing strategies and drive data-driven decisions.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • 7 Years of Relevant Experience
  • 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
  • Travel Requirements: up to 40% Domestic
