Job Description
Directly contribute to the achievement of Alcon financial objectives (Sales. Profit and Cash Flow) through financial analysis and operational decision making • Proactive review and advisement on early warnings & opportunities to financial and operational leadership, helping to identify corrective actions on deviations from operational and financial plans • Ensure business partner support and guidance is provided to all levels of the organization, in-cluding clear expectations and communications are delivered and internal stakeholders are sup-ported • Drive standardization in processes to develop productivity, scale, and efficient use of resources in the center • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for all financial planning cycles within the finance team as well as all operational business partners, ensuring engagement and quality of deliverables • Develop staff for future leadership roles within the center, ensuring development and training opportunities are clear and an environment for high performance is established

Minimum requirements
BS degree (5+ years of experience); MS degree (2+ years of experience) English avanced • Proficient in financial systems and is able to identify and retrieve cost information at a granular level. • Prior finance operational experience with practical knowledge of relevant processes and shared service experience a plus • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization, exhibiting leadership qualities • Excellent people and communication skills • Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics • Strong analytical capabilities • Problem solving mindset, with a strong passion for driving a simplification agenda • Ability to work in a very demanding and resource constraint environment • Proven track record for achievement, results-oriented
