Sr. Financial Analyst - Surgical BPA

The incumbent will be responsible for providing business and consultative support for facilitating the structuring, review, and approval of capital business negotiations/contracts. It is one of the most valued role in the US Surgical commercial function, and will be highly challenging yet rewarding role

• Cultivate strategic relationships with our sales teams in the Cataract, Vitreoretinal, and Refractive franchises of the US Surgical business
• Serve as the first contact to assist in the development and approval of capital sales contracts with our contract, legal, and accounting counterparts
• Work under minimal supervision to participate in contract preparation, negotiations, administration, and other customer activities to manage assigned contracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
• Serve as the financial guardian of ensuring smart pricing decisions are implemented everyday with our capital deals in our Custom-Pak business
• Proactively outline and implement a formal contract approval process with structured workflows and management sign-offs; utilize analytics and smart reporting to identify efficiencies; and build KPI's to ensure the BPA function is fully supporting our internal stakeholders
• Work under minimal supervision to develop solutions to both routine and complex contractual matters to ensure positive customer and financial outcomes are achieved
• Disciplined use of SAP to manage and perform analytical analysis of customer information
